Relaunching a Berlin Landmark
For decades, Kranzler Eck has been one of the principal tourist attractions of West Berlin. Taking our cue from the maxim “back to the roots,” we developed a new brand design to re-position this local landmark. Later on, we developed a number of follow-ups: brochures and letting documents for office and retail units, extensive on-site branding, a website compatible with mobile endpoints, iPDFs and presentations for leads and lessees.
We also implemented many other communication measures to complement these standard features. They include the design of a CD manual for the tenants’ advertising community, an animated short film to showcase the building, presentations on the planned redevelopment of the historic building and the inner courtyard, as well as the design of 20 glass panes presenting the history of Kranzler Eck in the neighbouring railway viaduct storefronts.
