WITH WHOM?

Together with an interdisciplinary team of designers, creatives, researchers, digital experts, programmers, and 2D and 3D artists, we support real estate projects in all phases of their life cycle.

What?

We make things visible.
Our work makes projects understandable and communicable—
for markets, users, and cities.

We build trust.
Communication is the foundation of all marketing—
it determines credibility and impact.

We give places character.
Buildings become identities. Spaces become stories.

We work in a curated way
No templates, no standards. Every task requires an individual narrative.

We think digitally
We develop brands, processes, and communication in such a way that they function
in a networked manner today and can grow tomorrow with intelligent technology.

We connect minds
Our work is created in dialogue with developers, architects, investors, trend scouts –
and the people who use the spaces.

Why?

We spend most of our lives in buildings—buildings are living environments, working environments, places of retreat, and places of residence.
Locations, neighborhoods, and buildings are emotional anchors and effective points of reference that create identity and promote community.

This makes it all the more important to make our real estate fit for the future:
they should not only protect and shelter, but also inspire, connect, and convey a positive feeling.

Today, tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.

The technical framework is in place: net zero is no longer a vision of the future.
Those who invest in sustainable, energy-efficient, and flexible real estate today build trust and demonstrate responsibility for future generations.

This is where real estate communication comes in: it highlights what a property can do beyond its mere function. It builds bridges to current and future users and their needs – and tells stories that touch people emotionally and inspire them.

How?

Research

We tap into complex information in a targeted manner and present it in an understandable way.
This includes historical research on locations, thorough background analyses and the structured preparation of challenging specialist topics. Careful evaluation of material creates a solid foundation for real estate projects and transformation processes – from classifying the location and evaluating existing structures to providing sound support for strategic decisions.

Consulting

We create clarity and orientation in complex project environments.
This includes the precise evaluation of briefings, targeted workshops and the definition of relevant target groups. On this basis, we develop tailor-made product configurations and effective communication strategies. Through continuous network evaluation, locations, real estate projects and transformation processes are strategically refined and aligned for the future.

Concept

We combine strategic focus with precise content direction.
This includes precise positioning, the development of a suitable name and the identification of a viable narrative. On this basis, we create a consistent brand concept, a coherent tonality and a well-thought-out information architecture. Compelling texts bring the concept to life and give locations, real estate projects and transformation processes a clear identity.

Design

We translate strategic content into a visual identity with clear recognisability.
This includes the development of distinctive logos, precisely coordinated typography and expressive imagery. The interplay of brand design, information design, publication and screen design creates cross-media appearances that visualise locations, real estate projects and transformation processes and communicate them convincingly.

Specifically

Websites & apps

Whether it's a minimalist one-pager or a comprehensive portal solution with a database and more than 60 individual properties, we design and implement tailor-made websites that work. An example:

Onsite communication

Directly on site, clear and effective. We design onsite communication that provides orientation, conveys content and makes brands visible – from signage systems to shop window displays:

Renderings & animations

We make visible what does not yet exist. With high-quality renderings and animations, we bring spaces, projects and ideas to life in a realistic – or deliberately visionary – way. An example:

Brochures & magazines, digital & analogue

To touch, leaf through and keep. We design and create brochures and magazines that present content in a structured way and are compelling not only digitally, but also on paper.

Movies & reels

From short social reels to image-building films: we tell stories in moving images – attention-grabbing, to the point and always with the right timing:

Events

We provide communication support for events and ensure that messages get across, an atmosphere is created and the appearance is memorable – from the first teaser to the big moment on site:
