Berlin, Mitte. The former Grand Hotel Baltic is located in the dynamic neighbourhood around Chausseestrasse and Invalidenstraße. After a long and eventful history, office space for the most discerning clients is now being created behind its listed façade.

UIIIC is responsible for the name and logo as well as the complete brand design. At our offices in Berlin-Mitte, we also designed and implemented an initial project website and digital rental documents.
