EOH
Ehemalige Osram Höfe
Life. Science. Space.
The former Osram courtyards in Berlin-Mitte are among the most impressive industrial monuments in the capital. This year, the new owners began revitalising and transforming what was once Europe’s largest light bulb factory into a sustainable, top-class life science campus.
The name and logo were set, and UIIIC developed a striking look to go with them. In addition to a comprehensive photo shoot that showcased the historic courtyards for the first time, numerous visualisations were created in cooperation with XOIO, presenting the impressive rooms with ceilings over 5 metres high as a future location for research and development.
Based on these images, we then worked with SUPERNEU to produce an image movie entitled ‘Where new things are created’. The light bulb coming on becomes the central symbol for energy, ideas and new beginnings, cinematically accentuating the leap from the here and now into an innovative future.
A comprehensive website about the project and a corresponding brochure form the basis for rental communications.
To this end, we have created a showroom on site together with Graef and vitra that is more than just a showroom: a multifunctional space in an iconic industrial setting with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, historic skylights, and maximum flexibility.
