The listed commercial courtyards of Josetti Berlin are centrally located between Alexanderplatz and Mediaspree. A total of around 14,000 square metres of state-of-the-art, flexible office space is spread across two separate buildings surrounding three green inner courtyards. The ground floor, with direct access to the banks of the Spree, offers generous catering and communal facilities.

The name and logo were already in place – UIIIC developed the look, designed and implemented a comprehensive website including a movie, and produced a corresponding brochure in digital and printed form. The renderings were created in cooperation with Xoio.
