Or, to put it another way: how can I get my employees to come back to the office? In times of home offices and hybrid working models, not only companies but also property owners and landlords are facing completely new challenges.

For the re-letting of the unique, listed Pelikan House in the heart of the dynamic neighbourhood around Berlin’s Moritzplatz, we therefore worked with the owner in several sessions to develop a new approach to letting communications: completely digital, concise, clear and to the point.
