It all began in 2010 with three top properties in Berlin: we developed a uniform real estate portal for Generali Real Estate to provide coordinated rental support for its exclusive portfolio. In quick succession, other buildings from all over Germany were added, and later also from Switzerland and Austria. The portal was repeatedly supplemented, expanded, and kept up to date in terms of technology and design. Today, premium-properties.com is established as a strong brand on the market.

Just in time for the turn of the year, we have completely redesigned the transnational real estate portal in terms of content and design, making it fit for the future.
Clear structure, strong visual language, high-quality content: under this motto, 72 exclusive premium properties from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland can now be experienced even better digitally.
