History outside. Inside future.

Berlin-Mitte. Friedrichstadt in the heart of the German capital is a historic locality with a splendid past and a bright future.
Right in its centre, on the corner of Leipziger Strasse and Friedrichstrasse, lies Haus Friedrichstadt.

Built in the Modernist style during the 1930s, the listed façade is being restored at great cost and given an energetic upgrade. Inside, state-of-the-art, trend-setting workplaces and community areas are being created that meet the highest standards and the changing expectations in a new work environment.

UIIIC is developing the entire brand design, including the easily recognisable logo. As well as an extensive website, digital letting brochures and on-site measures.
