Everyone is talking about the 15-minute city. The 5-minute neighbourhood is being created in Spandau.

Berlin, Spandau. Imagine being able to walk to your office and home, restaurants, cafés, fitness centres, schools, doctors, shops and friends. Quickly pick up a few things during your lunch break or enjoy a relaxing coffee on the banks of the Havel. In a lively, functioning neighbourhood with direct connections to the centre of Berlin. Is that not possible? Yes, in the new Spandauer Ufer neighbourhood in Berlin-Spandau.

UIIIC has developed a completely new digital presence for this unusual and consistently sustainable neighbourhood development, which focuses in particular on the newly emerging workspaces.

Here, three very different buildings are being transformed into a new whole. A listed small substation, a former transformer station and an elegant new building are being combined to create a consistently sustainable, multifunctional office ensemble: dreistil.

We have developed an appropriate presentation for the letting of this extraordinary property.

Why go to the office today?

Or the other way round: How can I get my employees to come back to the office? In times of home office and hybrid working models, not only companies but also owners and landlords are facing completely new challenges.

For the new letting of the unique, listed Pelikan-Haus in the centre of the dynamic neighbourhood around Berlin’s Moritzplatz, we therefore worked with the owner in several sessions to develop a new approach to letting communication: Completely digital, short, clear and to the point.
