Berlin, Schöneberg. Halfway between the established City West and the up-and-coming business district at Südkreuz station, at the heart of Schöneberg’s sought-after Wilhelminian neighbourhoods between Victoria-Luise-Platz and Barbarossa-Platz, the construction of Schöneberger Eck will be completed by 2024. With its unique architectural language, the building will make a visible statement in a perfect city centre location.
UIIIC is responsible for the name and logo as well as the complete brand design. In our Berlin-Mitte offices, we also designed and produced an extensive project website as well as digital leasing documents.

Berlin, Mediaspree. At the heart of the urban hotspot that is Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, an office building is being built that offers much more than a place to work: A home away from home for discerning people. High-quality architecture, lots of light and greenery transport a historic railway building into the present day.
And who was charged with developing the name, logo and brand design? UIIIC. As well as the website content, design and programming, not to mention a cool image video comprising real shots and CGI elements.
Stuttgart, Neckarpark. Within sight of the famous Cannstatter Wasen, FAY Projects is developing and creating a new urban city space. CANNION functions like a community campus with award-winning architecture.

Berlin, Alexanderplatz. Right at the foot of the Berlin TV Tower, one of the last remaining gaps is being filled. With its elegantly curved façade, this new office building draws on the shape and material language of classical modernism in a new interpretation.
The name, logo and design vocabulary of the prestigious building stem from UIIIC – as do the website and other leasing measures.
Berlin, Kreuzberg. Can an office make people happy? Victoria zu Berlin answers that question with a resounding YES. Behind the historic walls of the former headquarters of the Victoria insurance company, Cresco RE is creating an extraordinary multi-space concept.
