How can offices become favorite places again?

To answer this question, we have developed a new format in collaboration with Nicolas Berggruen Holdings, AusserGewöhnlich Berlin and Vitra:
CON:FUSION learning lounge work`n space.

CON:FUSION brings together knowledgeable and influential people to develop new approaches and solutions for making stationary work attractive again for everyone through intensive collaborative exchange. In doing so, we want to take a closer look at various aspects of the future of work – from interior design and technology to new leadership approaches.

The first Learning Lounge took place on 17 October 2025 at Merantix in Berlin.
